The slices are cut from both the leg and breast, are about 2mm thick and can be conveniently used in a variety of dishes such as stews or stir-fries. When used in stews like hot pot, soba or sukiyaki, the meat becomes delicately soft and the soup becomes rich and full of flavor. Simply seasoning it with salt and pepper for a quick and easy BBQ is our recommended way of enjoying this luxurious meat.

The free-range ducks are raised on a family farm that has been in business for over 29 years. They roam freely on open rice fields that are free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, making them a safe and clean environment.
