This product's source has recently changed from New Zealand to either New Zealand or Iceland. Please rest assured it is produced to the same standards as before - premium quality, cleanly raised free-range on open pastures. Please note that we cannot accept requests for a specific country of origin.
1kg (2.2lbs) of free-range lamb bones from New Zealand or Iceland. These bones can be simmered slowly to create a flavorful broth for authentic lamb dishes or served on their own as bone broth soup. We also recommend using the stock to make steak sauces or Fond De Veau sauces. These bones are also great for lamb shabu-shabu, hot pot or lamb soup. By far the cleanest, high-quality lamb bones you can find.
Defrost the bones first before cooking. After boiling them for a while, scum will tend to rise to the top - this is normal. Please remove any scum on the surface and enjoy the delicious soup stock underneath. One pack contains a variety of bones in size and parts.
