Grain-Fed Tri-Tip Slices from New Zealand (300g)
Choose options
A 300g (10.5oz.) pack of thinly sliced tri-tip beef cut from the bottom end of the sirloin. The tri-tip is not all that common, given that there are only two per cow. This cut is commonly used as a steak, but these come pre-sliced for quick and easy use in Japanese-style dishes like Yakiniku or even western-style dishes like steak bowls or tacos. The meat is not the most tender, but it has a strong and delicious beef flavor. Whether it's for a backyard BBQ or a spring picnic, you can absolutely not go wrong with these tri-tip beef slices. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper only.
Grass-fed, grain-finished beef from New Zealand. The cows are raised in a free-range, stress-free environment with plenty of green grass. They are fed the finest selection of local GMO-free grains for 130 days prior to harvest which gives the beef a rich flavor and deep marbling. At no point are the cows given growth hormones or treated with subtherapeutic antibiotics. See more about the farms below.
