These beef trimmings are incredibly tender and delicious! I don't need to stew them nor cook them for a long time, they are absolutely tender in 5 minute of cooking in a pan. I simply let them come to room temperature and mix them with a teaspoon of baking soda, soy sauce, avocado oil and some spices of choice (I like garlic, onion and cinnamon), let them marinate for 10 min (the longer the better but they turn out perfect even when I don't wait much!) and cook them in my cast iron or stainless steel pan.
